l'Abbraccione (The Big Embrace)

by Amy Denio / Spoot Music

My friend Johnny Morovich lent me a 100-year old Brač to play in the upcoming Nikola Tesla opera. It's a beautiful small 4-string from Croatia, in this case tuned to C & G. I'd just finished 4 weeks of radiation treatment a few days earlier, and the Brač led me to my studio to create this song together.
