Composed, recorded and produced by Amy Denio.
Accordions, glockenspiel, frame drum, voices, clarinets.

Kai Weber says: 'The title is a line from Gilbert Keith Chesterton's essay book "Heretics", and the whole sentence goes something like "The greater and more powerful a man is, the more he would be inclined to prostrate himself before a periwinkle." (Interestingly the German translation of the book makes a violet of the periwinkle: "Je größer und kraftvoller ein Mensch, desto eher neigt er dazu, vor einem Veilchen in die Knie zu sinken.")'
